Who Are We?

We are a couple of people who love to eat but after some health concerns and visits to the doctor, discovered the diet had to change.  We were introduced to the “Vegan Diet”, a completely foreign concept after years of eating meat and made a decision to embrace the lifestyle for ultimate good health. 

Perhaps you are familiar with this scenario:  You are sitting with your heart doctor (any doctor), glad to hear the prognosis is good after recent tests or procedures but being told your diet must change if you want to stick around awhile.

The journey has been interesting and it’s required completely changing our lifestyle and learning how to navigate meals with a whole new outlook, but we never gave up and today we share that journey.

Why are you here? 

I bet you are here because you are searching for information, tips, resources, whatever you can find,  on how to exist on a vegan diet and like it. I know we searched. We know it’s not always easy and we know it requires effort.

On this website, we will share our journey and hopefully shorten your learning curve if you are new to the Vegan Diet (Vegetarian diet) by sharing what we’ve found and helping you navigate.

Our mission is to bring you valuable information about adopting a healthy vegan diet and lifestyle.  If you’re already vegan, you’ve come to the right place. If you exploring your options and/or new to eating vegan, we want to make sure you aware of the many health benefits of a vegan diet, as well as the deliciousness of food that is devoid of animal products.

We know that not all of our non-vegan visitors will choose to become vegan, but if we can succeed in spreading the gospel of “animinimal” eating and convince many to even simply reduce their consumption of animal foods (meat, fish, eggs and dairy) we feel we will make a positive contribution to the world.
